    I think he is off on his comment about St.Fish (who surely wouldn’t deny ‘private’ acts of reading, writing, and such) but this is well worth a look to remind us that there is always politics at work.

      Who is St. Fish? If you mean Witt (and St. Fish is an auto-correct) then I’d agree that he doesn’t have a precise understanding of rule-following in view…which is what the Private Language Argument is about.
